Estimated Time of Order Shipment

We at nina and tom want our customers happy and satisfied. We ship all orders out within 24-72 hours after order has been placed and your payment has been received. We ship using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days service. We can also ship USPS Express Mail, just contact us and we will do our best to work with you.

If an item is on backorder, we will contact you ASAP to let you know.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or need your order sooner. We always like talking and working with our customers.

If there is a problem with your purchase, we will replace it or give you your money back. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us, regarding any questions, concerns or comments.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the holiday season, we are extending our exchange and return policy. Please notify us by January 5, so we may give you a Return Authorization (R.A.) Number.

Please note the following:

Garment(s) must be unworn, unwashed and tags still attached. We do not accept items that were worn, washed or improperly handled. If an item was damaged during shipping please notify us immediately.
Returns or exchanges with a R.A.# must be shipped back within 15 days (after receiving RA#) to receive refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will not be given after Januray 30 for items purchased for the holidays.
We do not refund for shipping charges or for gift-wrapping.
After three days, Custom Orders are final sales.

We accept payments through PayPal and nina and tom gift certificates. If you do not wish to use PayPal, we would be more than happy to take your order over the phone. Please scroll down to Phone Orders.

Gift Certificates

nina and tom gift certificates are a great way to give an unique gift that you know they’ll enjoy. Each gift certificate is hand letter-pressed using the finest paper. They are just as original as our shirts. To purchase a gift certificate, go to “Shop” and then click on “Gift Certificate”. Follow the easy directions to add your desired amount. Please remember to give us the proper shipping address and the date it's needed. Every gift certificate has its own redemption code. Please keep this code for your records. We can not redeem or replace missing gift certificates.

Snap.ee-A-Month Club

This is a special offer for the baby's first year. nina and tom's One-piece Snap.ees come in sizes 3-6 and 6-12 months. Pick between a 12 month (1 every month for a year), a 6 month (1 every other month for a year) or quarterly (1 every four months for a year) membership.

We're offering this cool gift for big kids too. Just specify under the "age" drop down menu whether the gift is for a baby or kid. We'll send the big kid a t-shirt a month for the year.

After ordering nina and tom's Snap.ee-A-Month Club, the recipients's will receive a Certifiacate for Membership into the club along with the first onesie/t-shirt. Please remember to give us the the following information in the Comments Box during checkout:

-recipients's name and contact information (email and/or phone number to see how the little one is growing)
-due date or baby's birthday/Child's age, size and birthday
- sex (if known)
-who the gift is from

Please give us the recipients's address as the Shipping Address.

This information will help us in matching just the right Snap.ee/T-shirt each month as the baby/kid grows.

Also, each snap.ee/t-shirt is Gift Wrapped and has Free Domestic Shipping (For International Orders there is an extra shipping charge. Each country is different, contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you).

Promotional Codes

During checkout, if you have a promotional code, please type in the code sequence where it says, “Promotional Code.”

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax to all California residents.

Phone Orders/Email Orders

If you desire, we take phone orders. Please call 530.753-7008 or 530.400.9962. If no one answers, please leave a message and we will contact you within 24 hours during the business week and ASAP during the weekends. Or you can always email us your order at customercare@ninaandtomfamilyfashion.com.

Custom Orders

According to your demographics, it may be possible to vary color combinations, language, and/or images. There is a $20.00 surcharge on single item custom orders and for larger custom orders, a quantity minimum and set fee may apply. Terms may vary. Contact us for more details.

Gift-Wrap

We can gift-wrap anything for you. The cost is $3.00 per item.

Backorders

Sometimes customer demand exceeds our supply. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately, via e-mail. At that point, you have the choice of waiting for or canceling your order.

Shipping for Local Customers "In Store Pick Up"

We are at the Davis Farmers Market nearly every Saturday 8am-1pm year round and at the Marin Farmers Market at the Marin Civic Center on Sundays 8am-1pm, twice a month. To avoid shipping costs, you are welcome to come by the market and pick up your order. If you can't make it and live or work in Davis, Dixon, Winters or Woodland, CA, we would be happy to deliver your order, free of charge to you. Just click on Customer In Store Pick Up Shipping during check out as one of your shipping options, then give us the specifics in the Comments Box.

Shipping and Handling

We ship using USPS Priority Mail. We will contact you via e-mail when your order has been shipped. After orders have been shipped out, they should arrive within 2-3 business days.

USPS Priority Mail starts at $5.50.

USPS Express Overnight starts at $16.00.
In order to get your package overnight, orders must be placed by 2:30 pm PST. Please email first to confirm stock availability.

International Shipping

We can ship to any country that USPS delivers to. Shipping can take 6-10 business days. We are not responsible for tariffs or duties.

International Shipping Starts at $5.25. We will contact you to receive the price difference for your specific order. It usually costs an extra $4.00-$10.00. Please note: Our website system cannot calculate international shipping because of the different variables involved (country, weight, size, etc.)

Privacy

We, at nina and tom, understand the sensitivity of your personal information and we DO NOT share or sell your personal information with other parties.

Personal E-mail

We ask for your e-mail to keep you up to date on your order status. After your order has been shipped, we may reach you and update you on new products or any other nina and tom news. If you would no longer like nina and tom to have you e-mail address just let us know.

nina and tom's Snap.ees are superior quality one-piece snapsuits that have our original designs hand screen printed on them.

Fabric Content and Types

Baby Rib: 1x1 rib 100% cotton fabric, a finer rib texture, which gives a slight stretch to the fitted shape of the garment.
6.1 oz.: heavyweight 100% cotton.
Fine Jersey: a tighter weave than standard jersey, affording a lighter weight t-shirt.
100% Organic Cotton: pesticide free and unprocessed/unbleached cotton. Comes in Baby Rib and Fine Jersey.

T-shirt Styles

Snap.ee: a onepeice, with an overlapping neckline to afford comfort getting the garment on and off, along with a three snap crotch for diaper changes, this has become a standard for every baby.
Lap-T: shirt version of the snap.ee (no snap croch).
Kids T: with quality construction this t-shirt has a cover-seamed neckline, with a double-needled hem. Please note: Our sizing runs larger. This is to ensure room for growth and longer enjoyment of the product.
Women's Fitted T: fitted close to curves, this t-shirt is a finer, more feminine twist on the standard adult t-shirt. These tend to run small, you may want to go one size up.
Standard T: a classic fit and style.

Our Organic Cotton T-shirts Natural and Colored

nina and tom's 100% organic cotton t-shirts are hand-dyed using the lowest impact dyes available. The shirts themselves are made of 100% U.S. grown organic cotton, sewn in Los Angeles, CA and then sent to us. We then dye and print the shirts ourselves in our workshop. In other words, keeping the whole process in the United States
When you purchase organic cotton clothing, you are supporting a pesticide free environment not only for the planet but for humans and other living creatures, as well. Cotton is 3% of the worlds agriculture but requires 27% of pesticides use. This occurs during the cotton cultivation process. According to the National Cancer Institute, it is suspected of causing 10,000 deaths a year in the U.S.. Cotton is grown for much more than fabric. Cottonseed oil is used a lot in commercial food preparation and cottonseed is a major component in silage, a mixture most livestock eat. So our meats, unless grass fed, are not necessarily untouched. So, we like to think that our organic t-shirts are not just t-shirts, they truely are something special.

Sizing:
We have now designed our kid's organic shirts to run a little bigger for longer enjoyment.
Our natural color organic shirts are not pre-shrunk.
Our colored organic shirts are pre-shrunk, so there are no worries about shrinkage.

Please note: Due to the nature of the dying process of our 100% organic cotton t-shirts, color transfer or fading may occur. Please follow care instructions for best performance.
